Taking a look into the mirror

For the past month or so I have been gradually becoming less and less interested with blogging. At first it was like a shiny new toy that i was able to play with on Christmas morning. But now winter break is over and it’s time to get back to school.

I think that a large part of me has lost interest because I finally have grasped the fact of the “write the book first” concept. If you all remember a little while ago, I posted about how overwhelmed I was doing everything myself when I read somewhere that if I just focus on the writing first, the rest wont feel so intimidating.

Now don’t get me wrong i am sure that wasn’t the only reason I’ve lost interest in blogging. From what I notice, to get the results I want with blogging, I have to engage on other bloggers posts. Which honestly wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t have to go looking for the ones to talk to . Now d ok not get me wrong everyone I have talked to on her has been super great, but my attention span to read some of the posts is crazy ! I lose interest so fast! I like to leave organic and engaging comments not the ones that leave you guessing if I actually read your post.

Along with scheduling issues, I feel like blogging has and will continue to take a back seat in the foreseeable future. I may post here and there, like a post every now and then, but it will not be regularly. Maybe when I finish this draft of Kaneji I will get a little more pep on my step, but I dont want to promise anything.
